• A:Answer Yes, you can use the GoPro with or without an iPhone almost anywhere you want to. The GoPro records your photos and videos to the SD card you use in the camera itself. If you pair the GoPro to your iPhone using the GoPro Quik app, you can easily transfer that content to your iPhone after it's recorded if you'd like. Recording time depends on the size of the SD card you use and the settings you choose, but you should be able to get more than 25 minutes of recording time without any issues.

• A:Answer Yes, the Max Lens Mod will work with both the HERO9 Black and the HERO10 Black. Note though that the HERO10 Black will need an update to use the Max Lens Mod. That update is expected to be out on November 16, 2021.

If you're asking about Zoom or Teams though, that's a webcam function, as opposed to a live stream. The HERO9 Black and the HERO10 Black can be used as a webcam, but for that function, it does need to be connected to your computer using a USB-C cable.

• A:Answer Recording time depends on what resolution and frame rate you choose. Higher resolutions and frame rates typically use more power. For example, at 4K/120fps, you should get about 40 minutes of recording time on a full charge. At 1080p/30fps, you should get more than 2 hours of recording time on that same charge.

• A:Answer It could be done, but the main limitation with this scenario is going to be the storage of the content you shoot. A 128GB SD card can record about 5 hours at a standard bitrate in 2.7k (or about 2 hours and 20 minutes at a high bitrate). To record 10-12 hours, you'd need to either swap cards or use a 256GB or even a 512GB SD card.

Q: QuestionMany customers are complaining of the camera overheating and the battery dying quickly, what is Go Pro’s answer to this?

• A:Answer We have found that battery life has improved the more we use, like cell phones, batteries need to be "conditioned ". Also by adjusting settings such as turning off gps & wifi and making changes to presets to better suit our needs has greatly improved battery life. As far as overheating we have not had any issues, but knowing any electronic equipment does generate heat, we are mindful of external heating sources and make adjustments when we can to minimize adding more heat to the camera.
