• Helmet mount is best. The camera captures exactly what you see. Besides, mounting the camera on the windshield or handlebars transmits the vibrations to your videos.

• I have used the helmet mount that came with my GoPro Silver to shoot videos while riding my scooter and all have come out great. The perspective makes for good videos. I imagine the chest mount would be good as well but I don't own one so I can't speak to that personally. Enjoy!
