“What are the dimensions of the camera in inches? Can anyone just put it out of the car window and get a picture when moving? Is it an action camera? Is it a sharp picture?”

Yes it works great. While in florida my grandson took video's while we were driving in a buggy going down beach front road in Florida. And the video is awesome. Everytime I watch the vid of that I want to go back to Florida the picture is so clear

It's very easy to use, so yes, almost anyone should be able to use it to get great photos and videos, whether the action is moving or still. It is an action camera, so it is designed to take great motion shots.
