Apparently not from Best Buy, but I did see on the GoPro website that they are now offering the Hero9 (I bought the 8 for $299) plus a years' subscription to the GoPro cloud service for $349.

GoPro Subscriptions are sold separately unless the subscription is included in a specific bundle offer. This specific listing is for the camera only.
