• The usb cord and a charger or buy an external charger off ebay, they're cheap and let's you charge one in the camera with another in the external charger.

• I plug my camera in to an old iPad charger plug and I've swapped out the cord with the compatible USB for the GoPro 3+

• Purchase the GoPro charger. Otherwise the next best way is to charge it through a computer USB port. The battery is extremely sensitive to fluctuations in power that most wall USB adapters seem to have. It will not charge if not provided the precise power it wants.

• You can charge it with a mini usb cable connected to the camera or you can purchase a dual battery charger that charges up to two batteries outside of the camera.

• They come with a cord, take it out of the protective housing, remove the small hatch cover on the side, plug the cord into the camera and a USB power port. Or ... you can buy their expensive separate charger ...
