• Yes it does fit on the go pro 5. You must remove the lens from the camera in order for the case to fit. There are videos on you tube that instruct you on how to remove the lens.

• The case does fit the GoPro hero 5, you have to remove the remove the lens cover from the GoPro first for it to fit. I just used this case with the anti-fog inserts and the PolarPro red filter for diving to 70 feet in 85 degree water and everything turned out great.
