Yes, place your chocolate in powder or liquid in your cup Fill the machine container with cold milk set the machine to milk foam when starts pouring the foamy milk stir with a spoon to dissolve the chocolate, it will do it in the first 5-6 secs let it finish the cycle retire the cup, stir to mix it homogeneously enjoy I have used chocolate Abuelita in syrup and powder form, great results!!

if you have hot chocolate kcups, yes just press the "coffee" button. If you're asking about hot chocolate powder, i haven't tried that yet but most likely you will be able to.
