• Any led strip can be cut. But the effects will still try to run on the part that isnt there any longer. Also use google to see where you should cut the strip, if you dont cut it at one of the connection points you will have some dead leds. Also you can reconnect if cut at the proper spot. Use picture for reference of cut spot.

• I don't think you can cut it. Other led light strips offer that like the Kasa LED light strips but I would recommend this than that one.
