- Answer Hello Torch - DT14B00 may be used with any of the cords listed HERE. Up to 25' 18AWG, 25'-50' 16AWG, 50'-100' 14AWG, 100'-150' 12AWG.

QuestionIs there a height adjustment on this machine for the depth of the tines?

- Answer Hello Lawnkeeper - This is our newer dethatcher model. It only has one height setting making it more user-friendly; it's set at the optimal dethatching height of 3/8" (10mm) and cannot be adjusted.

QuestionThis device was delivered today, and because the lower handle doesn't slide far enough into the holes in the body of the dethatcher , there's no way to secure the handle. Have other had similar experience and, if so, how did you resolve situation?

- Answer it is tricky but both side must go in at the same time. If one side is pushed down more than the other, it won't fit.

- Answer Hello Eldara, Dethatching removes the thatch, and build-up of organic debris on the surface of the ground, which prevents water and nutrients from getting into the soil, so removing it allows this to happen more easily, so you get stronger lawn growth.
