- Answer I was comparing this model sold on both BestBuy and Lowes. The Lowes unit comes with the Blue UberFlex Propulse hose, and the BestBuy model comes with a Black knockoff. I asked the difference between the Lowes and Best Buy units in Consumer Questions, and Greenworks stated it was an UberFlex hose. I also called Greenworks support directly to confirm, and they stated it was an UberFlex hose. I ordered the system from Best Buy and can confirm that the provided hose is not the Consumer UberFlex ProPulse hose. Oddly enough, I cannot see consumer questions about this product now. There were 10 questions answered. I have added pictures to this review that show the differences between the UberFlex ProPulse hose and the provided Black hose. The Black hose has braiding seams on the outside, the UberFlex does not, the connectors are different, the UberFlex has extended strain relief, the Black hose does not, the UberFlex has the full name and patent number stamped on the hose, the Black hose does not, and Black hose does not match up to the UberFlex hose to reduce kinks and usability. Maybe ProPulse makes the hose for Greenworks, but it is not the UberFlex and is not as good. Most people will purchase a 50' hose so I would recommend getting the best price but it would be good to still have a 25' UberFlex hose to use as an extension if need than the provided Black knock-off hose.

- Answer Hi Lorraine. Thank you for you question. You can use any pressure washer detergent found at your local hardware supplier. You may also use light detergent (such as dish soap), please do not use any harsh chemical (such as bleach). To have the soap flowing properly, ensure the soap is properly diluted 1 parts soap to 10 parts water. Also make sure the correct nozzle tip is being used, without the soap nozzle, the soap will not pull through. QuestionI have a pressure hose from my old Sun Joe washer but it wont fit onto my greenworks washer. The coupling seems bigger. Is there and adaptor I can use to make it fit. I want the extra length but dont want to buy a new hose.

QuestionIs the hose included with this unit still the Uberflex Propulse hose? Those hoses were blue, and whatever is included now are black, which could indicate the Uberflex hose has been replaced with a different brand.

- Answer Hello Steve. It depends on what you are washing! Be sure to read all instructions on the soap that you are using before putting soap in the tank as it likely needs to be diluted. We recommend starting with less and topping up as needed to avoid you having to waste product. Over time with use, you will get a feel for what is necessary.

QuestionA lot townships only guarantee 30 PSI water pressure to residential homes. Is this sufficient for the Greenworks 5113902/GPW3001 pressure washer? What Is the minimum water pressure the Greenworks PW requires at its water inlet from the house's hose?

- Answer Hi RonP. Thank you for your question. The water source is required to be at least 45PSI. There should be 10' of unrestricted garden hose between the hose connection and the unit, any kinks will prevent the flow of water going into the unit and prevent proper pressure.
