Best Buy Technical support responded that I needed to contact H&R Block for help on that question. I called H&R block at 1-800-472-5625 and they were able to quickly send me an email with the activation code (less than 5 minutes).

If you have not received, I would recommend checking your junk/spam folders. If you are using gmail, depending on your settings, messages from retailers could be filtered to your 'promotions' folder as well.
