• Yes, it does. This is the Premium version, so it contains all the types of returns; (1) Partnership, (2) C Corporation, (3) S Corporation, (4) Trust & estate, (5) Nonprofit, (6) W-2 or 1099, and (7) Payroll return.

• Yes. The business software asks what type of business return you would like to create. I clicked on S corp and it opened the 1120-S. The 1040 is in the premium software which comes bundled with the business software. If you have a prior year's return, it can attempt to import it and start from there or else you can just start a whole new return.

• Yes, S Corporation, 1120-S is included with the Business edition. 1040 forms are included in the Premium, so this has both applications in one package.
