How much does the State E-Filing cost? null

I see H&R Block responded however it's still not clear to me if you can e-file 1 state for free or if you have to pay $19.95 to e-file.

The software for state is included however filing State E-file for free is not. If I remember correctly the cost to E-file Is $19.95.
