It has your federal filing for free (Up to 5). My whole family uses one program. It also includes one free state program download, however, the individual eFile fee is determined by the state. Virginia charges $19.99.

The graphic of the product shows two equal sized font lines "Federal" "State". The only further statement regarding State filing on internet advertising at major retailers is "one state download included". I believe many consumers will have trouble grasping from the information above mentioned that Federal is e-filed free, but State e-file is an additional $19.99. This needs to be clearly shown on all online sales pages. Read this before you buy.
