• All HADEN appliances are designed in England and manufactured in China.

• Apparently use to be manufactured in England but now in China since 2020. Haden was purchased by Pifco in the year 2000, and production at the company's Lichfield factory ceased the following year.

• It's Chinesium. I suspect the real ones this retro model was based upon were made in the USA once upon a time, and if some American firm made one like it I would consider buying it at double the cost if it was made with real metal and chrome controls. I got it to match the color and retro appearance of my Kitchenaid, and perhaps they should start making their own retro toasters to match their machines.
