• I do not know what it actually draws at maximum but ours is plugged into a 110 volt GFCI outlet on a 15 amp circuit and has never popped the breaker.

• The manual has this unit rated at 10 amps but requires a 120V, 60HZ,15 amp, 3-prong grounded connection.
