Why do they take so long to dry clothes? null

It doesn't take long! A normal load is dry within an hour and half.

Hi Chris, Typically the washing machine's washing capacity is twice as much as the drying capacity. Therefore, if you need to dry your clothes in your combo washer dryer, it is recommended that you reduce the load by about half the amount of clothes. Approximately 2.5 lbs. of clothes is the proper load size for drying. Have a good day. Sadie@Haier
