This sits well under my counter. It is not attached at all. Sits on the countertop with plenty of clearance...

It is not attached nor do you want it attached to a cabinet because of the heat produced. It is not like a microwave in that respect. The toaster-oven details at Best Buy site should give its dimensions.

Thank you for your question. Toaster ovens should not be attached to a cabinet as it is recommend you have 3-5 inches of clearance on all sides of the oven for proper ventilation. This includes storing on the countertop underneath a cabinet.
