QuestionDo only the bottom elements come on during the bake process? This is something I require. I do not want the broil elements on when baking, as the food gets much too done on the top.

- Answer Thank you for your question. During the bake cycle, the top and bottom elements will come on during preheat, then both will cycle when baking.

QuestionThe area of the tray on another HB model I bought only fit 4 slices of toast despite claiming to be a 6 slice. What is the actual area of the tray that you can put bread on in this model? I'm talking about the flat part of the tray. I need 9" X 13". Thx!

QuestionDoes this toaster oven have an auto shut off.

- Answer It does have a timer, and will shut off when the timer runs out. There is also a 30 minute shut off as one of the stay on positions. Guide does not explain the 30 minute shut off. I saw that in the description of this toaster oven on one of the sites selling it.

QuestionI understand that the cord is ridiculously only 2 feet long. Is the cord in the middle or the side? I’ve had to return a couple ovens because the cords are not only too short but on the opposite side of my electrical outlet. Photo of the back would help.
