- Answer If you put oven on broil. Set temperature to 375 degrees and watch it brown then flip and do the other side. You can make toast.

- Answer Thank you for your question. This unit is great for roasting chicken, beef or pork. It will hold up to a 5 lb chicken, 3-3.5 lb beef roast or 3-3.5 lb pork roast when using rotisserie function.

- Answer Thank you for your question. Hamilton Beach prohibits the product from containing any measurable amounts of lead. Toaster ovens will not feature a stainless steel interior. Most will be made of galvanized steel.

- Answer Thank you for your question. This Hamilton Beach - Convection Pizza Oven - Stainless Steel will not feature a non stick coating. The baking pan will feature a porcelain enamel coating.

- Answer My advice is to not use built in timer. I use a separate timer for that reason. Can't stand the clicking.

- Answer I suggest getting a small oven thermometer. I use one and temperature is accurate. Also, be sure heating coils are no longer red.
