The manual says the door can be removed for cleaning. Sadly, it cannot be removed. I have had my toaster oven for many years and the door really needs to be cleaned. I would never have bought it if I had known this!!! I think it’s false advertising. Also, the on off button on my toaster came off within about three months. Not a quality product, even though I like it otherwise.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.No the door can’t be removed for cleaning which is the only downside in my opinion. I raise the door and stick my arm up and under to clean it (I ave small, thin arms).
