QuestionMy flex brew 49976 single serve quit working. Says add H2o? There's plenty of water. I cleaned the needle and still not working.

- Answer I have the same issue as well. I have to press the brew button several times and hold it down to make it brew. No issues on the carafe side , just the single serve.

- Answer If you use just the water and Swiss miss packets in your cup. You cannot heat milk in the coffee maker or you can buy Keurig hot chocolate pods and do it that way

QuestionMy Carafe part of my flex brew stopped working. I have cleaned it and I am able to blow air/water through the lines freely. I turn it on and nothing happens. The warming plate does not even get warm or water does not come out.

- Answer I have a mesh filter and it fits inside the coffee maker; I don't see any reason why you couldn't use a mesh basket filter. The maker does not come with one, however.
