QuestionI would like to make a single serve k-cup, but keep the large pot of coffee warm as well. Can I do that?

- Answer Yes. Brew your carafe of coffee. Then brew your single serve. After it is finished touch the brew now button to turn the hot plate back on. It turns off when you make a single so you just need to turn it back on.

- Answer Ive made this mistake... It is possible for the lid to close when holder is scewed, but the maker will stop shortley after brewing. Make sure the single serve k-cup holder (grey), is fitted down in the holder properly where it does'nt move left or right. The little finger lip (which allows you to remove the holder), must be facing straight down.

QuestionMy wife has a the flexbrew and every time she tries to brew a single cup it keeps saying clean and she has to do it at least 4 times before it starts brewing. And also it keeps asking to add water even tho there's water in it can you help ?

QuestionJust bought it 2 weeks ago and it doesn't brew K CUP side. After cycle finishes producing nothing it leaks onto the tray. Also tastes like burnt pastic.

- Answer I have done that too - you have to make sure to press down on the k-cup insert. They placed a blue label where a push will click it into the proper position. I haven't noticed any plastic taste. Try the vinegar soak/wash. Pour full-strength or partial vinegar through and let it 'brew' half of a carafe. Let is soak a long while.... half-hour? Turn it back on and let the rest go through. Pour water in for rinse a couple run-throughs. Hope that helps.

- Answer you need to pull th e gray piece with the puncture devise on it back ,then insert your kcup.slide tray into slot.push down as indicated .this will puncture the side of the kcup.the top also get punctured so the water can run through and out the punctureat the bottom .honestly ,im thinking of liberating my kuerig.it was a whole lot faster and simpler.

- Answer Our first on was a bout 2-3 years old and it started brewing water on the Kcup side when a pot was made. We used this daily and stuff does wear out. It was time for a new one as even the bottom where the pot sits was beat up and worn out. We could have got something different but this does so much and it is so convenient. Just could not change. Too happy with it.
