Q: Questioni rec'd a flew brew for christmas. But over the weekend it would not push the water from the reservoir. I have followed cleaning directions with zero results.It looks like the water is backing up in the reservoir. Do you have a suggestion? .

• A:Answer This coffee maker uses Keurig K cups, or it has it's own reusable holder where you can use your own coffee. It does not use the flat pods. That's an entirely different machine, so any form of K cup should be fine.

Q: QuestionMy Hamilton Beach Flex brew (single cup) coffee pot stopped working. I have tried everything for troubleshooting and it will not stay on or brew coffee. I bought this coffee pot 3 months ago. I called Hamilton Beach but was put on hold for 2 hours.

• A:Answer I had the dual version of it and it did same thing after only making subpar coffee since the day we bought it. It was 5am and was needing a quick coffee to get myself going and gone, it angered me so badly and I'm obviously not fully equipped to handle "issues" before coffee, as I violently threw the whole system out the back door only owning it about 14-21 days or less. Maybe could've returned it as I still had box, but the pleasure of seeing it shatter into pieces was worth my coin and any futher trouble to even bother with junk. Hope you find a better solution than I did, or at least enjoy it's demise as much. Good luck!

• A:Answer See my earlier answer in this. Needle may be clogged. If you’ve cleaned everything and it still does it, you gave a lemon probably. Exchange it. When it works right, it works and works well.

• A:Answer You could easily make tea or hot chocolate without a kcup. You could put loose tea in the brew basket, or you could brew with the basket empty for a tea bag or instant hot cocoa in the mug. I would suggest not putting the instant hot cocoa in the basket as it may not dissolve quicky enough to all end up in the mug
