A:AnswerWide cans are not an issue as you can guide the can on the bottom as it circles. Tall cans would not be a problem but you would have to put the opener up on a ledge to have more room for the height of the can.
A:AnswerI havent used it on any gallon can or any that large size. Its a small can opener and its corded. Also, the can opener holds the smaller cans while it cuts. A gallon can may present a problem with this can opener, i would recommend a different can opener for that task.
A:AnswerI would not try it’s best to buy a new one for safety i replaced mine after 17 years. Look brand new but it was time for a new one. Look out for specials
