Walk-ins are welcome, but appointments will get priority. It is easy to make and appointment online. I am sure they can replace a hard drive. I would guess they can recover data from an old hard drive, but you would have to inquire. I would guess the old hard drive is damaged if you are replacing it. The recoverability may depend on damage to the old drive - just a guess.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I have found if I called the store directly they will switch me to somebody to talk to me and that person can often make appointments for you over the phone
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. We’d prefer if you made a reservation to visit us at www.geeksquad.com/schedule. That way we’ll be sure to have an Agent ready to help you out so you won’t need to wait to talk to someone. The actually work won’t be able to be done right then and there, however, and the computer will need to be checked in to perform the work. We can perform a data transfer in-store as long as the hard drive isn’t failing. If there are issues with the drive, we may need to send it out to a service center to recover data.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Having the same problem 5/7/22. You can't talk to anybody to make an appointment. there is no schedule to plug an appointment into. If you call all you get is questions, questions, questions, and then no matter what they want to do everything remote or online. what I need cannot be done either way. I have called two different numbers, gone online. Have spent 2hrs trying to find a way to schedule an appt. this is ridiculous! I'm going elsewhere.
