• Hello. No, the Dash Cam already includes the 12/24V power cable in the box for a standard connection. The Hardwire Kit it an optional accessory if you wish to hardwire in the Dash Cam to the fuse box. This allows you to keep the 12V power supply in your vehicle free, makes the vehicle look neater as there are no trailing wires and allows you to hardwire the dash cam to a permanent live or switched live fuse source. To confirm, Intelligent Parking Mode will still work without the need for a hardwire kit. Thanks, Nextbase

• Yes. I dont think its fair that the wires have to be bought separate from the camera AND the case AND the SD card.
