Hold down the Bluetooth and Volume down buttons simultaneously for about ten seconds. Repeat to reverse.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. All of a sudden my speaker began thumping the bass loudly and the round disc on the back of the speaker was vibrating wildly! I RESET the speaker by holding down the Bluetooth and Volume buttons simultaneously. I unplugged and replugged in the speaker, turned on the speaker and bluetooth and the issue was resolved.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Use the USB plug and connect it to your laptop or pc. You can adjust the voice, equalizer and other settings
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I had this problem, sounded like I blew the speaker which was impossible. Seriously just unplugged and plugged back In. The EQ is still bass heavy but I think that’s by design.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Treble & bass are not adjustable on the speaker, use your input device to adjust these levels

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I bought the HK Aura while back. It’s a simple functional speaker for hearing music but hardly anything worth “listening” to music on. You can’t adjust the eq and the bass while at least being present muddles the music with the mids to the point where it’s just a blob of sound. I dug my stereo out of the closet with a pair of actual speakers and started playing music on that and found that I suddenly always have music playing in the house. My kids were amazed at how good music can actually sound when being played through a half way decent system. That being said. If you want to listen to music and actually hear what was recorded than this is a waste of time. If you want to expose your kids to the same than again this is a waste of time. Simply pull out the old stereo and get a wireless adapter so you can control it from your phone or computer and enjoy the beauty that music offers us .
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.you would adjust it via the device and not the speaker
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.thru whatever your Bluetooth source is, using the sound equalizer
