A:Answer That's kind of a broad question. More or less, my understanding is that this is a smart speaker like a Google Nest Mini, but with better sound. It connects to wifi and bluetooth. You can use it by itself or link multiple for multi-room listening.
So, in terms of your TV, you might be able to voice control some stuff, but I don't know for sure. It definitely isn't meant to be used as speaker for a TV (like a soundbar). And depending on what brand your smart light is, it may or may not be able to control it. I assume anything that is compatible with Google Assistant should work with this smart speaker.
