It is not supported on your TV.. You need a media server or client such as Plex, MythTV running on a computer or the HDHomerun plugin/addon that runs on a home NAS box from companies such as Qnap or Synology. It is a networked tuner that provides 2-4 (depending on model) networked data streams to a media server.. I use Plex running on a Linux server as my DVR using 2 HDHomerun devices for a total of 4 channels. Plex runs on Windows, Mac, Linux, Android and a number of NAS machines and provides a DLNA media services that many TV and Bluray/DVD machines can use. Plex also has apps that can be installed on many TV and Bluray boxes that can connect to the HDHomerun devices.. Many options..
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Best practice here is to stream through the HDHomeRun to a media device which is connected to the TV via HDMI - and use our Free Live TV app or a 3rd party app that will then play to the TV These include FireTV stick or box / Nvidia Shield / Xioami box / AppleTV4 / XboxOne / etc
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.i ended up just mirroring from my old tablet onto TV via chromecast. Tested amazon fire stick but picture stutters constantly and sound gets out of sync...unwatchable. Thanks
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. Not sure about the HDHomeRun app, but I am using the PLEX app which is connected to my TV with ROKU
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. Two ways that I know of are using "Screen Mirroring" if your phone and TV support (probably need Chromecast or another streaming type device). This will stream any picture from your phone to your TV. Another option is to get the PLEX or EMBY app. Though to stream live TV from your HD Homerun to your TV you will also have to pay a monthlt, yearly, or a lifetime subscription. I have also found Kodi to work really well if you have that type of media player (e.g. Raspberry PI). Other than these options I have not found a workable solution at this time for viewing on a TV. If your Google TV has Android M it should be supported. https://www.silicondust.com/live-tv/#devices
