QuestionAudio delay. Anyone else tv speakers having audio lag straight out of the box? Connected AV receiver and that lagged as well. Tried all of the audio out settings.

- Answer I guess it depends on your setup. It’s a smart TV, so most if not all streaming apps are available directly on a TV, i.e. Disney+, Max, Hulu etc. However one of the reasons I went with Apple 4K TV as my source was Dolby Atmos support on Apple 4K TV. As for picture quality itself, you will probably not see any difference.

- Answer Hi mrrame, thank you for your interest in the Hisense 100U76N. This TV supports 4K upscaling. However, the upscaling procedure doesn't transform a lower resolution into a higher one; it's more of an approximation. Consequently, an image upscaled to fit the pixel count of a TV screen won't resemble an image originally filmed in 4K. - Answer It appears to be a 600x400 mounting standard. Either of the Sanus Elite Advanced (tilt 4d and full motion 4d) mounts available from bestbuy support this standard and support enough weight to mount this television.

QuestionDoes this model have better side viewing then the 98 inch tcl selling for $2,000?

- Answer Side viewing is good, I didn't test the TCL but this TV is on par with the LG it replaced. I routinely watch from my Kitchen which is about 60-70 degrees to the side.

QuestionThe 100U76N has 2 USB ports. Are either port switched or unswitched? Can you plug in LED lights to one port and the lights will turn off when the tv is turned off?

QuestionWho handles the wall-mounted installation? Are they Best Buy employees or a third-party vendor?

- Answer Best Buy contracted out the work to a third party. The first pair of gentlemen who came out were aweful. They refused to try and get the tv down to the basement and just left. Took me and my brother in law 4 hours, but we got it down there safely.
