I've been told via live chat (when trying to finish checking out from my cart) that there's no stock which is why I can't schedule delivery/installation and complete the purchase. I asked why there's a sale on it it's is been "unavailable nearby" for well over a week. I saw the deal listed early this morning, so I tried to take advantage, but no ETA of additional stock can be provided. I'm in northern california; when I asked if stock was restricted or something regionally, I couldn't get an answer. Frustrating that being totaltech members, getting early access to the deals, is kind of useless if the item we're being allowed to add to our cart isn't actually available for purchase. We should be offered backorder at least (if we're willing to purchase the item up front).
