“How can I use or program my hisense remote to change channels on my cable box? The B.B. associate said that it can be done on this tv, but I get it home, unbox it, and it doesn’t seem that it will do that. I cannot find any instructions or helps on this”

• I moved and lost my remote now I can't get into my TV it's asking me to start from new
