I suppose the correct answer depends on how much time has passed since your purchase. In my case I paid to extend the warranty to 5 years. I did have a discussion with my salesperson prior to sale and was told that my particular Hisense TV would not be repaired if anything was wrong withy it. I would simply receive a replacement model or have my purchase price refunded. Apparently they feel any type of repair would cost more than the set itself. So I don't think they have any type of repair service available.
