Mine does the exact same thing. I've had it for three months now and its done it since day one. Product support reccomends turning off and unplugging it which doesn't actually solve anything long term.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Mine did the same thing. I have a 65 inch hisense. It required an update but had no memory available. I had to delete everything and put it back to factory settings. Instead of updating, it started turning on and off and during that time it would take me to set up prompts and would shutdown at 30 seconds. Contacted hisense and they said it requires a firmware update. They sent me an update that I had to download to a USB on my computer and then plug USB into tv and do the update. That did not work either and it has been such a pain. Now thinking its the powerboard or motherboard. We ended up just getting a new TV because this was getting rediculous. Had I purchased the geek squad they would have said tv is done. Hisense now wants me to call them and trouble shoot but I know its just a faulty tv that I still owe on and I would love to just turn it into target practice at this point. What a wast of money! Save yourself from wasting your hard earned money and do not buy anything hisense brand because they are cheap and will break!
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.DO NOT PURCHASE HISENSE. BAD PRODUCT!!! TV will turn off and stay off.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.DO NOT purchase a Hisense Tv. Mine is 15 1/2 months old and the mother board is shot. That's less than 1.5 years old!! And there nothing Hisense will do. This is not just my tv, search the internet and you will see it's common. Buy something else Hisense sucks!
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I bought Hisense tv on sale and I bought my mom one too. I see why they’re so cheap now. My mom noticed it turning itself off first and thought it was the outlet she had to connected to. Then I started having a problem now my mom and I have two tv that’s shuts itself off for no reason.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I've had a problem with mine turning back on when I'm out of town. I just read somewhere that you have to hold down the power button and it will have the options of restart or power down like your phone has...hope this helps someone!
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Ive had the exact same problem and believe it or not it was my amazon firestick remote that caused it. Just took batteries out of the remote and its working fine again. Very strange i know but its worth a go. Ive now put batteries back in and its still working.
