If you have your television routed through a stereo or a sound bar I’ve noticed that when they’re not linking or if it takes a few seconds for them to link the screen goes black and you can hear sound but nothing else I have also heard if this isn’t the reason Hisense customer service if you keep on them will replace the TV if it’s still under their warranty try running it with the TV speakers and see if the same thing happens disconnect everything else If you disconnect everything make sure to switch the speakers back to the TV speakers hopefully that would work if that’s the case you have a what’s called I think ARC issue and customer service may be able to help you with that not Best Buy but actually Hisense Good luck
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Need more info. When does it go black? Does TV work and then goes black at times? Does it come back? Maybe try a different HDMI cable or try a different port to see if it continues. But it does sound like it is faulty and may need to be exchanged.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. This sounds like my problem. Unplug then plug back in see if that resets it.
