A:AnswerHello Harley from Hisense, I am sorry but I find your answer to be wrong. This much "DIRTY SCREEN EFFECT" is not normal on higher quality panels and it does not automatically adjust itself. Granted all flat panels are prone to some degree of "DIRTY SCREEN EFFECT" but the more quality control, equals less "DIRTY SCREEN EFFECT". I am exchanging this unit in hopes that the new Hisense H9F unit does not display as much of the "DIRTY SCREEN EFFECT" . Thank you
