Mine lasted 18 months and just started going black, won’t allow me to sign out of my google account, keeps disconnecting from WiFi and the settings won’t execute any commands. There’s not even an external reset option on the tv itself. Don’t know how that’s even possible. Hisense customer support said they couldn’t do anything though suggested that I could take it to be looked at. Got this tv for $500 and I have no way to transport it so that’s most likely not happening. I consider this a piece of garbage and I personally will not be buying this brand again especially knowing I’m clearly not the only one that this has happened to.
