A:AnswerSounds Like The Motherboard May Have Went Out On It. You Should Call And Schedule An Appointment For It To Be Checked Out, I Had The Same Problem With My TV I'm Not Sure If It Has A Reset Button Though The TV Only Comes With One Button.

The one I bought lasted only 18 months so I won’t buy another of this brand especially because there is no external reset option on the outside of the tv, which should be on all TVs as it’s needed when the tv won’t reset using the settings option. Very disappointed.
