“Fed up with Hisense. They know their dehumidifiers don't drain out the hose, but they won't admit it, telling me I need a plug that is missing and to go and exchange it. Well the new ones in the store don't have plugs either, it is their crappy design.”

• I'm on my second with the pump. The first one stopped working via pump after about 6 months. The replacement (refurb) stops pumping and the bucket fills up. Hisense started ignoring when I told them the replacement isn't working. WILL NEVER buy another one of their products again and will spread the word!

• Mine worked 2 days so I returned in and the second one only pumped for about 4 months. Hisense stopped responding and best buy said nothing they can do. Both should be fined
