Same thing just happened to my TV purchased on 2021. Bestbuy keeps telling me to contact the manufacturer. But as the seller, bestbuy really should’ve take the product liability seriously. I do not entered a contract with the manufacturer, I had it with you? Selling a defective product is the seller’s responsibility?

Contacted hisense and had no support at all, my tv did the exact same thing and I even got it in 2021 as well and it died randomly about a week ago. A tv repair shop said a motherboard would be needed to start and another chip as well, 400bucks to fix a tv only 2 years old.....
