QuestionAll seems legit for this minus the 8 bit, and cut in half @120hz...What really needs to be known before purchase is why are your BBB ratings so abysmal on Cust Serv and warranties, plus the lifespan of tvs failing in 3yrs and excuses not warranty panels?

- Answer Hi Hisense Customer, thank you for your interest in the Hisense 75U8H. The halved resolution issue was solved by the previous software update released in 2022. Please make sure to turn on Text Clarity Optimization under Picture> Advanced Settings> HDMI Input Optimization. The U8H comes with a 2-year manufacturer warranty that covers labor and parts (panel included). Extended warranty is also available for purchase through your retailer. QuestionIs it worth getting the 75u8h with 528 dimming zones over the 65u8h with 504 dimming zones since its $600 more? Aside from the 10 extra inches, is there anything else the 75u8h has over the 65u8h for the extra $600?

- Answer I'd say no, given that it is only 24 more dimming zones for a TV with 25% more screen space. There are no other differences with the 75" to 65". I would base your decision on viewing distance and what fits the space, rather than the dimming zones. If you are too close, then the 75" will look worse than the 65". Minimum viewing distance for a 65" tv is about 8', and 75" is about 10'. Best of luck!

QuestionMultiple reviews confirmed the "Vertical Resolution" of U8H is "Cut in Half at 120hz." Is this something Hisense plans to fix with a Firmware Update? Or will this problem always be that way? U8H says "4K 120hz," but that is not true when "Cut in Half."

QuestionWhat are the differences between the 65" U8H and 75" U8H? I read the 75" U8H was released later than the 65" U8H and has a larger number of lights. I also heard the 75" U8H does not suffer from the early bugs the 65" U8H needed firmware for.
