• A:Answer Last night at 8:15pm it said add to cart literally the second it was available I added to my cart and with in 1 second they sold out becuase of bots

Q: Questionhello, I tried purchasing and was unable to checkout due to all the stock being taken by bots (softwares) instantly and spoke to customer service and local stores and was told that there would be a re release. when will this be occurring?

• A:Answer I spoke to a customer service rep “expert” that stated that it would be available again to buy in person, but not preorder. However, they were able to put me on a queue for email updates on when/if it would be available for preorder. Most likely I’m thinking it’s a limited stock they’ll have, because the rep said to keep checking back in and seeing when it would be available..

Q: QuestionWhy didn't you all do something like GameStop where the link to your order page didn't exist until it was launch time and then you had to load a brand new page and FIND the add to cart button instead of a page a bot could spam all day?
