  • Questiondoes the air filter in the homes hap 424 already in the product? how do you get the purifier open on the side, it is hard to open

    • Answer The filter is typically already in the air purifier. But, the filter may be enclosed in plastic, so you need to open the air inlet grill. The plastic needs to be removed. Please follow the instruction booklet directions. Please place the air purifier on a firm surface so that you can grasp the unit's door.     • Answer This product takes any of our aer1® filters. These include the following part numbers: HAPF30ATCS, HAPF300AHCS, HAPF30AOCS, HAPF30AS-U4R, and HAPF300AP-U4-1. Depending on where you choose to purchase your filter, the part number may vary slightly, but should be able to be located by the information given above.
