Please try again later.I recently purchased a 65 inch LG TV from Best Buy and December 2023 for my girlfriend and the remote never worked correctly and then after three months a green line came across the screen. I did not purchase the warranty and they said I cannot return it and there was nothing they can do. I will never purchase another product from Best Buy ever again the worst return policy I ever saw.
