QuestionThe Disney Plus app that I DL to my iPad is fine, but TIVO Premiere will not accept the app in order to see Hamilton on my 55” Samsung Smart TV. Disney tech has verified that the OS may not be compatible. TIVO tech says they are working on this. STREAM?

QuestionCan geek squad install a ring exterior flood light camera in a location where no electrical junction box currently exists? In other words , the new camera would be new equipment which is not replacing an existing fixture.

QuestionI purchased an ASUS AC1200 Wi-Fi router, and can't installed it properly. I'm getting old and senile, so this is a bit embarrassing, since I was working on computers before anyone knew what they were in the 60's. I need one of your gurus, bad!

QuestionDo you need a home phone number? We do not want to use AT&T U-Verse because of the rising costs. We will need to run multiple devices wireless. How many devices can be run at the same time? What is the network speeds? I run VPN at home.

QuestionI'm not at all computer savvy. I'm a little older and have purchased the WOW computer for seniors. I don't have internet service installed at my home. I don't have a router or a modem or anything. Can someone come out & get me started?

- Answer Yes, you'd need to get an Internet Service provider selected (Ex. through your cable company) they usually provide a modem and router you can lease from them. You could also choose to purchase a Router from Best Buy or another retailer. Once you have those things, schedule an appointment with the Geek Squad (Home WiFi setup). The Geek Squad will then be able to set everything up for you.
