My Idylis would shut off also. Now I leave the fill cap bearly threaded on and it seems to work.I believe the cap on tight created a vacum
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.If you set it on automatic target humidity, the must falls right above it's detector. So it detects high humidity immediately and most likely it's the reason it shuts off. oooooor, yours is defective :p
