“Are replacement filters available, if so where? Honeywell site does NOT even show this product; has it been discontinued? Are replacement filters needed or does this unit come with a permanent filter? If filters are needed where does one obtain them and how much do they cost?”

I easily found the Honeywell brand Type A replacement filter on Amazon for under $10. Purchased it and received it in 2 days!!

This unit uses the HAC-504AW Wicking Filter, which should be replaced every 30-90 days. These filters have an MSRP of $12.99 and can be purchased at major retail stores such as Target, Walmart, and Best Buy. I hope this information is helpful!
