“I received my 2 white quiet tower fans from Honeywell last week. I have only begun using one, a the weather isn't too warm just yet. When I use the osillating feature, the fan makes a grinding sound after it rotates to the left. Help.”

• I've found if you give it a good little twist when it makes that sound it resets the oscillation cuz it's trying to keep going but it's at its limit
