QuestionI have hardwood floors and want to know if the wheels are hard plastic or rubber. I am concerned about my floors getting scratched when vacuuming. The vacuum sounds perfect for my carpeted areas.

- Answer Plastic wheels with rubber "tires". Scratching should not be an issue if you keep the wheels clean.

- Answer No it has no height adjustment. However, it has an adjustment for the volume of suction that may help with different heights on the rug piles.

QuestionDoes this vacuum clean carpets well? And your own site says a DB of 70 is equivalent to a kitchen disposal unit. 85 is very loud. What is the exact db of this particular vacuum please?

- Answer Hi Lizzy! Sound levels will differ with different sizes of rooms or distance to the vacuum. We do test our products and they fall within the 80-82 range for most fullsize vacuums, and lower levels with units of smaller caliber. The hush was designed with noise reduction in mind. QuestionI understand that the bag is required for the door to create the power to active but is there anything else that will prevent the power from coming on ?? My vacuum worked prior to storage. New bag is all I have done. Is filter required or what ? 🤷‍♀️
